Policies

  1. Standard turnaround time is 24 to 48 hours. (Some projects may require additional time, which will be decided and agreed upon at the time of project drop-off)
  2. Time spent with client discussing or reviewing the project will be applicable to Absolute Assistance service's hourly rate. (except the initial consultation)
  3. I will make every effort to locate and correct all errors prior to your review; however, CLIENT is responsible for final proof. Our responsibility is limited to providing you with original page(s) only and does not extend to duplicating charges. Therefore, proofread your project carefully PRIOR to duplication. Errors or omissions found thereafter are CLIENT'S responsibility.
  4. Absolute Assistance's files will be purged one year after completion of project. Should you require longer storage, arrangements must be made in advance and a storage fee will be applied. Should a client return after a project has been purged and storage arrangements have not been made, client shall then be responsible for charges incurred to rekey the entire document.
  5. Absolute Assistance is not responsible for the client's dissatisfaction of the merchandise purchased.
  6. 24-hour notice is required for cancellation of a service; otherwise CLIENT will be charged $25. If expenses have already incurred, the CLIENT will be responsible for them.
  7. Absolute Assistance has the right to refuse any service which is immoral, unethical, illegal, questionable, or dangerous.
  8. Absolute Assistance will keep all information obtained to provide you with service private and confidential, unless it is needed to fulfill the service.
